How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy for physical media?
We accept returns on unopened vinyl, CDs, and merchandise within 30 days of delivery. If your record arrives warped or damaged, please contact our support team with photos to arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government upon arrival.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your copy. All items in an order containing a pre-order will ship together once the pre-order item is released. If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
What payment methods do you accept?

How are vinyl records packaged for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit. Limited edition releases may include additional bubble wrap for extra protection.
