We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 4AD Records. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl, CDs, and apparel are in mint, unplayed, or unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
